‘It has been found that the way information is presented has an impact on our perception of certain topics. During my Master’s between 2016 and 2017 Marco and I are researching the public’s attitude towards nuclear energy as an alternative energy source by presenting the information in either an infographic format or list format. Additionally we are looking at whether the use of pro-environmental words has an effect. With infographics increasing in popularity, it is of benefit to understand their effectiveness and especially their impact on people’s perception of nuclear energy.’
